1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and in their original condition

    • Packed in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact

    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

2. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

3. Exchanges

  • If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 5-7 working days after the return is approved.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.

5. Important Notes

  • Products that are used, damaged (due to misuse), or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Certain categories of products (for hygiene and safety reasons) may be marked as non-returnable on the product page.
