RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Fabrivio Innovations Private Limited, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, exchange, or cancellation as per the terms mentioned below.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns may be accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Packed in the original packaging
  • With all original tags and labels intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Free from damage, stains, odor, alteration, or signs of use

Return approval will be subject to inspection and verification by our team.


2. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers can cancel the order before it is shipped.

Cancellation requests may be accepted only if:

  • The order has not been shipped
  • The order has not been handed over to the courier/logistics partner
  • The cancellation request is raised before dispatch
  • Payment and order details are successfully verified

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be allowed. In such cases, the customer may raise a return or exchange request, if eligible under this policy.


3. REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

The actual time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may depend on:

  • Bank processing time
  • Payment gateway timeline
  • UPI provider timeline
  • Wallet provider timeline
  • Public holidays or banking delays

Refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


4. EXCHANGES

Customers may request an exchange if the product is eligible under this policy.

Exchange may be approved in the following cases:

  • Size issue
  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Product differs significantly from the description or images shown on the website

Once the return is approved, the replacement product will be processed and shipped as per product availability.

Delivery of the replacement product may take 5–7 working days after the exchange request is approved, depending on location, courier availability, and operational conditions.


5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may be eligible for a refund, return, or replacement after verification.

You must report damaged or defective product issues within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product images
  • Packaging images
  • Invoice copy
  • Description of the issue
  • Unboxing video, if requested for verification

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Return
  • Refund
  • Store credit
  • Any other suitable resolution

6. NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, safety, usage, or product-specific reasons.

Products may not be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • Product is worn
  • Product is altered or damaged

7. RETURN / EXCHANGE REJECTION

We reserve the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request if:

  • The product does not meet the return eligibility conditions
  • The product fails quality inspection
  • The claim appears false, fraudulent, or misleading
  • Required proof or information is not provided
  • Product is returned in damaged, used, or altered condition
  • Request is raised after the allowed timeline
  • Customer violates any website policy

8. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, handling charges, convenience fees, COD charges, or any other applicable charges may be non-refundable.

Such charges may be refunded only if the issue is caused by us, such as:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective product delivered
  • Product unavailable after payment
  • Order cancelled by us before shipment

9. PAYMENT FAILURE OR DUPLICATE PAYMENT

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, customers may contact us with transaction details.

After successful verification, the eligible amount may be:

  • Refunded to the original payment method
  • Adjusted against the confirmed order
  • Reversed through the payment gateway

Duplicate payments, if verified, will be refunded to the original payment method.
